BIG SPRING HIGH SCHOOL-Conditions: Indoor pool, 8 lanes, OK air temperature. Yards/Meters. Take 30W, after going past Caledonia, you will hit a stoplight. Make a right on to Black Gap Rd, 997. Follow this all the way up towards the Chambersburg Mall. Take a I-81N. (Can also make a right at Caledonia on Rt 233 past Pine Grove Furnace) Take old exit 11 onto Rte. 233 Go through the first light Turn right at the light in Newville Cross a small bridge, turn right onto Mt. Rock Rd. Go up a hill. The pool is at the east end of the school. Travel time: 45 minutes
BOBCAT SWIM CLUB- MT. WOLF, PA-
30 East. You will pass Rt 116 with a big Rutter's on the corner- toward
30E. Next you will pass West Manchester Mall on your left then the
traffic lights will start. You will make a left onto George St which
is the 6th traffic light after you pass the mall. There is a shopping
center on your right and a Hardees on the left. Follow George St into
Manchester at the 10th light, you will make a right on to Maple St. (there's
a Rutter's on the Rt and a Dr. Grim's on the left.) You will travel
a few blocks down the hill and make a left onto Hartman St (there are orange
signs above the street signs for the school) You will run right into
the shool, the pool is located between the two schools. Travel Time-
approx 1 hour, 15 minutes.
CAMP HILL
POOL-Summer meets. Conditions: Outdoor pool, no shade!
Meters. Route 15 North. Go past the Capital City Mall, the exits for Route
11, 581, and 83 and Boscov's. There will be approximately 3 traffic lights--go
straight After you go around a curve to the right, you will see the Camp
Hill County Club on the left. The Camp Hill pool is just past the CC on the
left. Travel time: 45 minutes
CARLISLE SWIM
CLUB-Summer meets. Conditions: Outdoor pool, 8 lanes,
some shade. Meters. Route 34 North About mile before reaching I-81, turn
left onto Rolling Drive At the first stop sign, turn left onto Pitt Street
The pool will be on your right as you go up Pitt Street Travel time: 45 minutes
CARLISLE YMCA POOL-Winter meets. Conditions: Indoor
pool, 8 lanes, temperatures ok. Yards. Route 34 North to Carlisle After passing
under I-81, go to the second light and turn left onto Willow Street. The
Y is located approximately 2-3 blocks on your right. Travel time: 40 minutes
CHAMBERSBURG YMCA-Winter meets. Conditions: Crowded
and HOT! Meters and yards. Route 30 West. After going under I-81, turn left
at the light at Stouffer Avenue. Go about 1/2 mile to the first stop sign,
turn right onto McKinley St. Proceed for several blocks. At the second stop
sign, you will see the YMCA on the left. Travel time: 40 minutes
CUMBERLAND VALLEY
HIGH SCHOOL-Summer & Winter meets. Conditions: Indoor
pool, very nice. Bleachers on deck/spectator bleachers on balcony.
Yards. Route 34 North to Carlisle I-81 North to New Kingstown exit Turn right
at the end of the ramp. Go 2-4 miles through New Kingstown and you will see
Cumberland Valley High School on the left. The pool is in the building in
front of the dome. Travel time: 45 minutes-1 hour
DALLASTOWN HIGH SCHOOL-WILDCAT-Summer meets. Conditions:
Indoor pool, can be very hot. Yards Route 30 East to I-83 South I-83 to exit
6E (route 74 South) Go three miles into Dallastown Turn right at the second
light--S. Pleasant Ave. There is an Exxon station. Proceed on S. Pleasant
Ave. to the "Y" Bear right. School is on the right. Travel time: 1-1 1/4
hour
DICKINSON COLLEGE POOL-Invitationals & High School
meet. Conditions: Indoor pool, 8 lanes, temperature unpredictable, but usually
comfortable. Yards. Route 34 North to square in Carlisle Turn left at the
square Go 3-5 blocks The pool is in a unique shaped building on the right.
*Parking is limited. Travel time: 40 minutes
DOVER INTERMEDIATE
SCHOOL-Invitationals. Conditions: Indoor pool. Yards. Route
30 East In Abbottstown, go 3/4 around circle and north. Follow into East
Berlin. Turn right at the light in East Berlin. Go about 11/2 mile and take
the second left onto Canal Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles.
After going around a fairly sharp right curve, take your 2nd
left--this is still Canal Road. Go 1 mile to a flashing red light. Go straight.
The school will be a little less than one mile on the left. Travel time:
40-45 minutes
ELIZABETHTOWN COLLEGE-Frosty Frolic Invitational.
Conditions: Indoor pool, limited space. Yards. Route 15 North to PA
Turnpike-toward Philadelphia Exit 19 Take 283 East to 743 Take 743 South
through Elizabethtown to College Avenue Turn left onto College Avenue and
proceed to Elizabethtown College. Follow the signs. Travel time: 1-1 1/4
hour
HAMPDEN
POOL-Summer meets. Conditions: Outdoor pool, not much shade.
Meters. Route 15 North. Exit at Wesley Drive-Rossmoyne. Turn
left at the end of the ramp. Go straight at light. Stay on Wesley Drive past
the Bethany Village (on right) and across the railroad tracks. Turn right
at the next light onto Trindle Road. Take Trindle Road to the next light
and turn left onto Sporting Hill Road. Go past the gate to the Navy base
and the Police Station. Turn left at the light onto Park Street. Follow Park
St. straight to the pool. Travel time: 45-50 minutes
HANOVER YMCA - Stay
straight to go onto PA-116/E HANOVER ST. Continue to follow PA-116. Stay
straight to go onto W ELM AVE. Turn LEFT onto GEORGE ST. End at 500 GEORGE
ST HANOVER PA. Located behind Wal-Mart. Travel Time- Approx 30 min.
HERSHEY-Summer meets.
Conditions: Outdoor pool, some shade. *If we ever go there in the Winter,
it's the same pool, just inside. Yards. Route 15 North Take exit "To 83"
on Rte. 581 Take 83 North across the River and Get on 322 East Take 322,
Governor Rd. To 743 (5th light) Turn left onto 743 (Cocoa Avenue)
Pool is approximately 1/4 mile on the right. Travel time: 1 hour 15 minutes
INDIAN CREEK POOL-Summer meets. Conditions: Outdoor
pool, little shade, 4 lanes. Meters. Route 15 North After passing the Boscov's
mall, turn left at the second light onto Main Street. Follow Main Street
for about 1-2 miles. Turn right onto Sporting Hill Road. After going over
the creek, bear right into Indian Creek. Take your first left onto Cherokee
Drive. At the stop sign, turn right onto Pawnee Drive. The pool is located
approximately 1/2-1 mile on the right. Travel time: 45 minutes-1 hour.
LEBANON VALLEY
YMCA-Winter meets. Conditions: Indoor pool. Meters?
322 East through Hershey, Palmyra, Annville (it will become 422 East)
Turn right onto 12th Street
Turn left onto Chestnut Street
Turn left onto 9th Street (72 North)
72 North to Willow Street
Turn right onto Willow Street
Stay on Willow to 7th Street
Turn left onto 7th Street
The YMCA will be on the left.
Parking will be available at the Y or Lebanon Valley Farmers Bank.

LITITZ COMMUNITY CENTER-Winter USS meets. Conditions:
Indoor pool, 8 lanes. Yards. Route 30 East Lititz Exit-Route 501 North Proceed
5.7 miles to 2nd Avenue Make a left turn onto 2nd Avenue
and continue 6/10 of a mile to intersection Campus Drive is straight ahead
Continue on Campus Drive for 2/10 of a mile to the Lititz Community Center
Travel time: 1 1/2-2 hours, depending on traffic.
MECHANICSBURG HIGH
SCHOOL-Winter meets. Conditions: Indoor pool. Yards. Route 15
North to Route 74 (In Dillsburg) Turn left onto Route 74 (GETTY Station)
Go approximately 1-1/2 mile and turn right onto Williams Grove Road (just
past Exxon Station) Follow for about 5 miles. Once you get into Mechanicsburg,
turn left onto Broad Street by the high school. Travel time: 45 minutes
MERCERSBURG
ACADEMY-Winter All Stars. Conditions: Indoor pool, 8 lanes,
nice temperatures. Yards. Route 30 West to I-81 South Exit 3-Route 16 West
Follow 16 for several miles Turn right into the academy *Parking is inconvenient
Travel time: 1- 1 1/4 hour
MERCERSBURG
AREA SWIM CLUB- Dual Meets at James Buchanan High School
Natatorium. Route 30 West to PA 416 (Mercersburg Rd). Go left
on 416 to 75. Go right on 75 North to the High School (on the left).
Travel time: 1 hr. The high school may also be reached by taking
PA 16 into 75 North.
MILLERSVILLE UNIVERSITY-LAC USS meets.
Conditions: Indoor pool, limited deck space, nice. Yards. Route
30 West to Rohrerstown Road (Route 741)exit. Proceed for about four miles
(the name changes to Millersville Road after about two miles). At the traffic
light at the intersection of Millersville Road and Route 999 (Manor Ave.),
turn right. Follow Manor Avenue to the fork in the road and bear left onto
George Street. Follow George Street for about three blocks to the Millersville
University Campus. Travel time: 1 hour

PALMYRA (Winter at High School): Route 15 North to PA 581 East. Follow 581 East into I-83 North. Exit at US 322 East. Follow 322 E into US 422 East. Continue through Hershey and into Palmyra. Turn right at the 2nd traffic light, South Railroad Street. Continue past the Palmyra Municipal building, Rothermel Funeral Home and Trinity Church on the right. Go to the Y in the road and stay to the Right. After passing Redner's Warehouse Market, make a left turn at Palmyra High School sign. This access road takes you into the parking lot. Travel time 1.25 -1.5 hours.
PALMYRA (Summer): Route 15 North to PA 581 East. Follow 581 East into I-83 North. Exit at US 322 East. Follow 322 E into US 422 East. Continue through Hershey and into Palmyra. Turn right at the 2nd traffic light, South Railroad Street. Continue past the Palmyra Municipal building, Rothermel Funeral Home and Trinity Church on the right. Go to the Y in the road and stay to the left. Two blocks later South Railroad Street becomes Park Drive. You should see the Penn State Health Center on the right corner. The Palmyra community pool is just past the Center. Drive time is approximately 1.5 hours.
PENN STATE HARRISBURG- MIDDLETOWN: Take 15 N, all the way up to (there are 2 ways to go)
- 581 E. PA- 581 becomes I- 83N. Take exit 46A onto I-283 S towards Lancaster/Penn Turnpike/Airport. Follow signs for Harrisburg International Airport/283 East. Take 283 East to the Harrisburg International Airport exit. Follow signs for the airport and the college. Before entering the airport complex, take the exit for PA 230. Turn left at the junction of 230. Proceed on 230 East approximately 1 mile. The college entrance is on the left.
- From PA Turnpike (I-76): Get off at exit 247 (Harrisburg East). Follow PA 283 East toward the Harrisburg International Airport. Follow signs for the airport and the college. Before entering the airport complex, take the exit for PA 230. Turn left at the junction of 230. Proceed on 230 East approximately 1 mile. The college entrance is on the left. The entrance to Penn State Harrisburg is located on PA 230, West of Middletown
The pool is in the Capital Union Building. Last year we were seated in the Racquetball courts. Not much spectator room. Approx 1hr 15min.

SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY- Take 30W, after going past Caledonia, you will hit a stoplight. Make a right on to Black Gap Rd, 997. Follow this all the way up towards the Chambersburg Mall. Take a I-81N. Take PA 696 towards Fayette St exit. Turn Left on to 696, and travel 2 miles to a "T" intersection. Turn left onto Fayette Street and proceed to another "T" intersection. Turn right onto King Street. At 3rd traffic light, turn left onto North Prince Street. Proceed 1/2 mile to the main entrance of the Shippensburg University campus. Bear right onto Adams Drive. Turn left onto Cumberland Dr. Go through stop sign and pass the Luhrs Performing Arts Center (on left). Turn left into parking lot. It is in Heiges Field House. Travel time 40-50 minutes.
SHREWSBURY YMCA (Southern York YMCA). Route 30 to York. Take Rt 30 Bypass to I-83 South to Exit 1. Go West on Route 851 (E. Forrest Ave) to Main Street. Turn left on Main St. Go to New Freedom Ave (also called Constitution Ave) and turn right. The YMCA is on the left.
SOUTH MIDDLETON-BOILING SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL-High
School Meets, League Meetings. Conditions: Nice pool with comfortable
temperatures. Yards. Route 34 North to Mount Holly Springs (don't speed there!)
At the 2nd light in Mount Holly Springs, turn right (Sheetz) Follow
this road for approximately 4-5 miles to a stop sign-go straight. At the
next stop sign, turn left. Go approximately 2-3 blocks and the entrance to
the High School is on the left. Travel time: 45 minutes
WAYNESBORO YMCA-Winter meets. Conditions: Indoor
pool, not very much spectator or swimmer room.. VERY, VERY
HOT!!!!!! Meters. Route 116 West for about 12 miles to route 16--turn
right Follow route 16 for about 12 miles into Waynesboro The YMCA is on your
left after you have gone through at least 5 traffic lights, it sits outside
of town. Travel time: 45 minutes to 1 hour.
WEST SHORE NATATORIUM(Red
Land High School-West Shore Rec.) Invitationals. Conditions: Indoor pool,
very nice. May be hot. May be meters or yards. Route 15 North to PA Turnpike
East Exit 18 from the Turnpike I-83 South to exit 16-Fishing Creek At the
exit stop sign, turn right Red Land High School is mile on the left. Take
a left into the driveway, go left at the "Y" Pool is located at the south
end of the school Travel time: 1 hour
WEST SHORE YMCA-Winter Invitationals. Conditions:
Indoor pool. Route 15 North Go past Boscov's/Camp Hill Mall Turn left onto

and continue to Route 230 Turn left onto route 230 Go to the first traffic
light after the square and turn right onto Bainbridge Street Go 1 mile and
the pool is on the left. Travel time: 1 1/4-1 hour
YORK COLLEGE-Some York Invitationals. Winter. Conditions:
Indoor pool. Nice. Yards Route 30 East Don not get on the bypass "toward
Lancaster" but follow 462 to the City of York Turn right from West Market
Street onto Richland Avenue (gas stations on 2 corners and churches on other
2) Follow Richland Avenue to Country Club Road Turn left onto Country Club
Road York College will be a few blocks on your left. Travel time: 45 minutes
YORK YMCA-Summer & Winter meets. Conditions:
Indoor pool, very HOT, no gutters for turns. Yards. Route 30 East Do not
get on the bypass toward Lancaster, continue straight into York (Market Street)
Follow market Street to Newberry Street (10-12 blocks) Turn left onto Newberry
Street Go block and turn left into the alley You will find a parking lot
on your left Go in the back door of the YMCA Travel time: 45-50 minutes
YORK SUBURBAN HIGH
SCHOOL - (Trojan Aquatic Club). Take Route 83 South towards
York to Exit 18 (old exit 7) (Mt Rose Ave). Turn right onto Mount Rose Avenue.
At the first stoplight turn left onto Ogontz Street. Proceed through the
first stop sign to the second stop sign. Turn left at second stop sign onto
Hollywood Drive. York Suburban High School is at the top of the hill on the
right. The pool entrance is located at the rear of the building.
